Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chatterjee was appointed to our Board of Directors in January of 2020, and has served our as Chief Executive Officer since then. Prior to joining AAMC, Mr. Chatterjee was Chief Financial Officer and head of New Business Initiatives at Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (NASDAQ: ASPS) (“ASPS”), an integrated service provider and marketplace for the real estate and mortgage industries. Mr. Chatterjee was with ASPS from October 2017 to May 2019. Before joining ASPS, Mr. Chatterjee served as Head of Credit Solutions, Global Markets at Nomura Securities, an investment banking firm, and as Executive Director on the fixed income trading desk. Early in his career, Mr. Chatterjee held various leadership positions at Perry Capital, UBS Securities LLC, and AIG. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chatterjee grew up in Kolkata, India, and attended St. Xavier’s Collegiate School and La Martiniere School. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, raising and adopting dogs, and playing the piano.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Moltke-Hansen serves as Chief Financial Officer of AAMC and is designated as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Mr. Moltke-Hansen is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as managing the tax, internal audit, treasury, and investor relations functions. Previously, Mr. Moltke-Hansen served in various finance positions since joining AAMC, including most recently as Managing Director of Finance. Prior to joining AAMC, Mr. Moltke-Hansen was Vice President of Financial Control at Credit Suisse, a leading global wealth manager and investment bank where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. In his roles at Credit Suisse, Mr. Moltke-Hansen worked extensively across the bank to support the financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance aspects of the bank’s U.S. parent company and subsidiaries. Mr. Moltke-Hansen began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of a BDO Alliance USA firm. Mr. Moltke-Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University.
Mr. Singer serves as the General Counsel and Secretary of AAMC. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Singer served as Senior Counsel with a broad range of responsibilities including corporate structuring and consolidation, management and oversight of outside counsel specific to all real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and various real estate and property management activities, including loan extensions, modifications, and property-related litigation. Prior to joining AAMC, Mr. Singer served as Legal Counsel for VEREIT, Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets totaling greater than $2.5 billion in acquisitions and $550M in dispositions. Mr. Singer has also held related legal positions within commercial real estate finance, loan servicing, and asset management fields at Alston & Bird LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Mr. Singer received a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wake Forest University.
Executive Vice President
Mr. Singhal serves as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and is the head of AAMC’s India operations. Mr. Singhal is also responsible for overseeing the company’s portfolio oversight, due diligence and underwriting teams. Since joining AAMC in 2012, Mr. Singhal has been responsible for the pricing and acquisition efforts of approximately $1.9B of residential assets and $2.5B of non-performing loans for Front Yard Residential Corporation. Mr. Singhal’s responsibilities also included determining the fair valuation of assets under management, development of pricing and financial models, and cash flow forecasting. Prior to joining AAMC, Mr. Singhal worked for Ocwen Financial Corporation where he was responsible for the development of prepayment and default models utilized within MSR acquisition efforts, and the valuation of various tranches of mortgage-based securities owned by Ocwen. Mr. Singhal received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore and holds an Engineering degree from Delhi University.
Vice President – Head of Information Technology
Mr. Tripathi serves as Vice President, Information Technology of AAMC and is designated as the Head of IT for AAMC. Mr. Tripathi is responsible for overseeing all IT verticals of the Company, including Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, ERP and Business Analytics functions. In his previous roles , Mr. Tripathi has worked extensively across various domains in IT and specializes in designing and building enterprise applications for business process automation and data analytics from grounds up. Early in his career, Mr. Tripathi worked in project management role at AllScripts , a global leader in IT Healthcare. Mr. Tripathi has also worked in a senior IT role at MCM Capital Partners LLC, a leading residential whole loan mortgage investor, manager, advisor and technology provider. Mr. Tripathi is an award winning photographer and has been a speaker at TED Talks.
