OUR IMPACT

ALTERNATIVE LENDING FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

We recognize that small businesses historically have less access to the financing that would enable them to grow. AAMC offers alternative credit and financing options to these small- and medium- size home builders and businesses, with the goal of helping them to expand their businesses, provide opportunities in the local communities and to reduce the U.S. housing shortage. 100% of our capital goes toward small businesses who make a difference at the local level.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOODS

We provide financing options to MWOB developers, home builders and small businesses who offer affordable housing for low- to moderate- income households.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

BIKE RIDE FOR CANCER SUPPORT

Altisource supported bike riders in a cross-island challenge for cancer support on the island of St. Croix. AAMC sponsored $15k to this important event. Our volunteers distributed water, fruit and Gatorade to the participants.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

Throughout October, Altisource sent weekly facts and stats on breast cancer to help raise awareness. Each week the AAMC US, India, and Tampa team showed their support on #WearPINKWednesday.

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH

Altisource’s own Ruben Camacho was asked by the St. Croix district Division of Bilingual Education to help celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by reading to students at Pearl B. Larsen Elementary School for their annual “Latin Men Read Aloud” event on September 22, 2022.

VETLANTA

Christopher Ayala, a decorated US Navy veteran, represented Altisource at the VETLANTA event on September 14, 2022. The event brought veterans together with local area businesses hiring in the science, logistics, law enforcement, airline and service industries.
